Job Description

Assessment of credit parameters of Small time manufacturers / traders as per the laid down credit program parameter while onboarding them as borrower

Input of scoring parameters to arrive at the credit decision and recommend for deviations if any. Proactively s uggest finetuning of the scoring norms if any.

Well versed in analysing the KYC, banking data, bureau data and GST data

To have personal discussion with the traders / retailers / borrowers

At least 2 years experience in underwriting role, with prior experience in business loans / working capital loans / Supply chain finance

Strong understanding of appraising proposals from Lower & Middle Income Customer Segments, having worked in similar role in an Bank or NBFC

Maintenance of MIS

To be Technologically savvy to employ tools such as Automation & Digitization to increase process efficiency
