Sales Professional – Influencer & Brand Lead Generation

(TechSci Research Group) We are seeking a dynamic, network-driven Sales Professional to lead outreach and relationship-building efforts with influencers and top brands . This dual-facing role will focus on onboarding high-profile personalities for our podcast series while also engaging brands to promote themselves via these podcasts—and potentially leverage our social media marketing services . The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a strategic connector, and someone who thrives on building mutually beneficial partnerships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Influencer & Brand Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads of influencers, content creators, and industry leaders who align with our podcast themes. Target top brands across industries open to podcast sponsorships, collaborations, or broader marketing partnerships. Research, pitch, and maintain a qualified lead pipeline for both influencers and brand partners. 2. Promotions & Campaign Structuring: Pitch podcast promotional opportunities to brands, linking them with curated influencer segments. Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom campaign proposals for brands, including podcast mentions, interviews, and social content extensions. 3. Cross-Selling Social Media Services: Present and position the company’s social media marketing services as a value-add to podcast-based promotional efforts. Convert interest in podcast sponsorships into full-scale digital marketing deals. 4. Stakeholder Management & Coordination: Coordinate onboarding and scheduling between influencers, brands, and production teams. Ensure all parties are aligned on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and collaborators. 5. Market & Industry Intelligence: Stay updated with emerging influencer trends, podcasting benchmarks, and brand storytelling formats. Track competitor campaigns and influencer-brand partnerships for positioning insights. 6. Reporting: Maintain accurate outreach logs, campaign progress, and contact history. Deliver weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion, campaign progress, and pipeline health. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or Communications. 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, B2B sales, digital campaign sales, or partnership roles. Strong network or working knowledge of influencer and brand ecosystems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with podcasting and digital content formats is highly preferred. Experience with CRM platforms, email campaign tools, and LinkedIn outreach tools. Self-starter, persuasive, goal-driven, and able to handle multi-stakeholder projects.
