Creative Designer and Video Editor

With over a decade of experience in the digital realm, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our expanding creative team. We are currently in search of a dedicated Creative Designer and Video Editor who can play a key role in developing visually captivating designs and videos for both our clients and internal projects. As a Creative Designer and Video Editor at Monolith IMC, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of engaging creatives and videos for advertising campaigns, social media platforms, and branding materials. You will collaborate closely with our senior design team to grasp project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience and be enthusiastic about enhancing their design and video production skills. Additionally, they should be prepared to support senior designers in producing high-quality collateral outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate in the development of creatives and videos for various marketing initiatives. - Work in tandem with senior designers to comprehend project needs and provide creative solutions. - Contribute to the creation of illustrations, layouts, and visual elements that align with client preferences. - Ensure design consistency across all marketing channels. - Stay abreast of design trends and incorporate them effectively into projects. Software Proficiency: - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe Davinci Resolve Preferred Skills: Candidates with experience in print designs or a background in mainline advertising will be given preference.
