Role Overview We’re looking for a smart, self-driven Sales Executive with a technical background who can identify new business opportunities, communicate with potential clients, and understand our tech stack well enough to support bidding and presales conversations. Key Responsibilities Drive outbound/inbound sales through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and email outreach. Understand client requirements and effectively communicate Craxinno’s capabilities and solutions. Prepare project proposals, pitch decks, and initial estimations in collaboration with technical leads. Maintain CRM records and consistently follow up on leads and pipeline. Help qualify and convert leads through strong product/tech knowledge and confidence in communication. Work closely with project managers and design/dev teams to ensure alignment during presales and handoff. Required Skills Technical Understanding of common web and app development stacks: Frontend: React.js, Redux, TypeScript, Next.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Python Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, DynamoDB, MySQL Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Proven experience in client handling, lead generation, or B2B/B2C tech sales Basic understanding of bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, or Clutch is a plus Strong organizational and follow-up skills Nice to Have Previous experience working in a web/app development agency Ability to read technical documentation and convert it into simplified client-friendly language Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Trello, Figma, or Slack Why Join Craxinno?
