The role involves implementing and supporting CRM and ERP systems, managing customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and overseeing project management tasks. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of CRM and ERP systems, aligning with client requirements. Customize and configure solutions to optimize business processes. Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and training to clients and internal teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance system performance. Conduct training sessions. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Monitor customer health metrics to implement measures that reduce churn risks.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth. Partner with sales and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer transition from sales to implementation. Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
