Position : Counsellor
Location : Mumbai
We are looking for Counsellors to reach out to parents who have enquired about the program.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Counsel parents by explaining the concept of the program.
- Provide them details about the suitable batch options for their child.- Calling parents from a given database. No cold calling.- Strong follow ups with interested parents- Manage and guide parents throughout their enrolment procedure and take feedback during their subscription.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Fluent Written & Spoken English Language Skills- Should be dedicated, efficient and highly motivated- Basic computer skills- Graduate
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
