The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly organized, excels in planning and tracking tasks, and is well-versed in social media trends. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and have prior experience with tools such as Notion, Instagram scheduling, and CRMs. As a self-starter, you should be able to take ownership of your responsibilities and work closely with the Founder on a daily basis to support the company's overall objectives.
