Job Description:

Dezire Clinic is looking for a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team of aesthetic experts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in various skin and beauty treatments, excellent client interaction skills, and a keen interest in the cosmetic industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform advanced skin care treatments like facials, chemical peels, laser therapies, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures.

Conduct skin analysis and create customized treatment plans for clients.

Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and outcomes.

Ensure the highest level of hygiene, safety, and customer care standards.

Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and equipment.

Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and skincare products to clients.

Assist dermatologists and surgeons during certain aesthetic procedures.

Manage client queries, concerns, and post-treatment care.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent.

Experience: 1 to 6 years in cosmetology or aesthetics (experience in a medical or dermatology clinic is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed and professional with a client-first attitude.

Knowledge of dermatological treatments and aesthetic equipment is preferred.

Sales skills to promote services and products will be an advantage.
