The ideal candidate should have 5 to 15 years of experience in the insurance broking industry, specializing in sales, marketing, business development, or corporate relations. They must possess strong market control and an established client base in the corporate and SME sectors. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of building high-value partnerships and driving growth through strategic initiatives. Consistency is key, with candidates expected to have at least 3-5 years of continuous employment in key roles with previous employers.
