Job Description

As a Corporate Relationship Manager based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships, developing strategies to enhance corporate relations, and effectively communicating with clients. Your role will involve collaborating with finance and sales departments to meet company objectives and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery. To excel in this role, you should have commercial insurance experience, particularly in group health, property, and liability. B2B sales experience is a must, and familiarity with working either with an insurance broker or directly with insurers is beneficial. You should possess a strong drive to independently handle clients and teams, a problem-solving approach, and excellent communication skills to engage with senior client executives. Your technical skills should include knowledge of General Insurance products, experience with broking portals and insurer systems, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools. A graduate degree is mandatory, while an MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Finance/Insurance is preferred. IRDAI certification, if applicable for the role, would be an added advantage. With 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, with a focus on the insurance domain, you should have a proven track record in handling corporate clients and achieving sales targets. Your interpersonal skills, client relationship management, and knowledge of insurance products and corporate sales processes are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred to streamline your responsibilities effectively.
