Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordination with plants (Global location) and field services for HSE related activities.
Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve safety standards.
Schedule Work Safety Certification and Induction for new joins.
Coordinate with all sites and teams for sustainability inputs.
Work hand-in-hand with various teams to provide assistance to achieve Safety Improvement plans objectives.
Foster positive safety culture in compliance with the Groups core values and its ethical principles.
Report safety incidents in SAFE with proper RCA discussed with site team.
Staff Training regarding basic safety practices during site visit/training.
Support, Drive & execute Safety improvement plan
Develop Health & Safety Management System plans for organization
Assists with the implementation, maintenance, and updates of all HSE programs, policies, and procedure.
Communicate the safety communications like safety alerts, quick shares with all sites and verify the same during site observation.

Preferred candidate profile

BE chemical is Must
Compliance and improvements related to ISO 45001.
Deploying processes related to Sustainability.
Overall knowledge of industrial safety, ISO 45001 standards.
Knowledge on legal compliance, Statutory & regulatory requirements, Knowledge of
relevant safety standards.
Knowledge of Sustainability related requirements.
