Coordinator/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and respond to walk-ins, phone calls, and online messages in a courteous manner during working hours. Ensure all incoming and outgoing calls/messages are responded to promptly and effectively. Coordinate and assist during training sessions and content/video shoots with trainers. Handle small children with care and friendliness during classes or events. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing workshops, events, and promotions smoothly. Make promotional calls as per assigned targets to spread awareness about upcoming programs. Help in updating and maintaining the organization’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Ensure work is carried out within organizational policies and a professional atmosphere is maintained. Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English). Friendly, patient, and child-loving personality. Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp). Organized and punctual in handling responsibilities. Positive attitude with the ability to multitask. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
