Communication: Office Coordinators handle incoming and outgoing mail, answer phones, manage emails, and facilitate communication between different departments and individuals.

Organization: They implement and maintain efficient filing systems, manage databases, and ensure that information is readily accessible.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational skills: Essential for managing multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, for interacting with staff, visitors, and vendors.
  • Problem-solving abilities: To address unexpected issues and find solutions efficiently.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with office software, equipment, and basic accounting principles.
  • Interpersonal skills: The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
