In this role, you will be responsible for managing Engineers efficiently, expanding our AI team, collaborating with highly skilled Machine Learning Engineers, and contributing individually to the project. Your responsibilities will include prototyping AI Models using real-world data, ensuring their successful deployment in production, overseeing a team of ML Engineers in Bengaluru, and working closely with cross-functional teams in Germany and the US to prioritize tasks and guarantee the timely delivery of ML models or features. Ideal candidates should possess a strong background in Deep Learning, leadership experience, and a proven track record of taking deep learning models from conception to production at scale using large-scale customer data. A postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier 1 institution, along with at least 5 years of industry experience, including 3+ years in Computer Vision and Deep Learning, is required.
