Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Supervise and train Commis chefs within your section.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure timely execution of prep and service tasks during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with Sous Chef and other sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and minimize wastage.
  • Contribute to menu development and implement new techniques or ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in high-volume kitchens or kiosk-style operations.
  • Exposure to protein fortification, healthy cooking, or sustainable practices.
  • Meals and uniform provided.

  • Passion for innovation and adapting recipes to local preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
