Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with a focus on the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality written content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, brochures, and promotional materials. The content will aim to educate, inform, and engage our target audience while highlighting our real estate services, properties, and market insights. Positions: Content Writer Job Location: Noida, Sector 90 Role & Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Creation: Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content. Develop original and high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, articles, website copy, and social media. Generate creative ideas and concepts to address content needs across different platforms. 2. Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date content. Gather information from various sources to support and enhance the quality of written material. 3. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of content strategies aligned with marketing goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content resonates with the target audience. 4. Analytics and Improvement Use analytics tools to assess the performance of content and identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to enhance content effectiveness and user engagement. Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience. Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability. Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably with a focus on real estate. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing techniques. Familiarity with real estate trends and market dynamics. Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms. Strong research skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines. A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience with WordPress and basic HTML knowledge (a plus).
