The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies. This role requires a talented writer who can bring brand stories to life, enhance audience connection, and build a memorable brand presence. Responsibilities Ghostwriting for Personal brand on LinkedIn Write and curate high-quality, engaging content optimized for each social media platform, focusing on organic reach and audience engagement. Develop content strategies for personal branding, particularly on LinkedIn, and craft unique, authentic narratives that build brand authority. Collaborate with the social media and design teams to create cohesive and visually appealing posts. Research trends, hashtags, and audience preferences to enhance content relevance and performance. Edit and proofread content to ensure brand tone, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms. Track and analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improving engagement and growth. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a content writer for social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing success in organic growth and engagement. Proven experience in creating content for a range of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn for personal branding, Instagram, and Facebook. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail and brand alignment. Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms. Familiarity with social media metrics and analytics to track content performance. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
