Content Writer Intern

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Writer with at least 6 months of experience in a professional writing role. The ideal candidate should be confident in creating both long-form and short-form content across web, social, and marketing channels. This position is perfect for someone looking to deepen their expertise in SEO content, digital storytelling, and copywriting within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, engaging, and well-researched content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Create marketing and ad copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and social media posts.
• Conduct topic research and keyword integration for SEO-optimized content.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure brand consistency and grammatical accuracy.
• Work with designers and marketers to develop integrated campaigns.
• Adapt writing tone and style based on brand voice and audience.
• Stay updated with content trends, SEO best practices, and platform guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to write across different formats and tones (technical, creative, persuasive).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
• A writing portfolio with diverse samples (blogs, ad copy, web content, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to SEO tools (e.g., Yoast, SurferSEO, SEMrush).
• Understanding of content marketing funnels and user intent.
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Interest in brand storytelling and performance-based writing.
