Content Writer

Cntrl M is a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency based in Kochi. We work with exciting brands across industries from education to luxury, from wellness to tech. We're seeking a dynamic Content Writer who is passionate about storytelling, social media, and marketing-driven content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Write engaging and clear content for social media posts, video scripts, blogs, website copy, and ads ( both malayalam and english).
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas aligned with brand voice.
• Social media optimised scripts for IG, FB, YT.
• Advertisement ( Awareness, Retargetting, Lead Generation) short ad scripts for Meta and Google.
• Conduct basic research and SEO-friendly writing where needed.
• Ensure content is grammatically accurate, timely, and tailored for the intended audience.
• Help with captions, content calendars, and brand-specific tone development.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in content writing or copywriting. Freshers with good language skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent command over English (Malayalam knowledge is a plus).
• Creative thinking and ability to write in different tones (funny, informative, professional, etc.).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
• A fully functional personal laptop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
