Role & responsibilities Content & Knowledge Management Publish and maintain large volumes of content on PwC internal portals. Sanitize documents to mitigate Firm risk Collaborate with onshore teams to support content collection, sanitization, archival, and retrieval processes. Act as a custodian of knowledge assets for internal stakeholders. Contribute to content development for marketing materials, internal campaigns, and report Project Support & Best Practices Manage diverse requests with quick turnaround times and high quality. Have ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks with attention to detail Identify and share process improvement opportunities and best practices. Technical Capability Communication, time management and project management skills Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks Attention to detail Familiarity with MS Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Content editing and proofreading Key personal attribute Ability to work with multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. Self-starter with strong multitasking and prioritization skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output. Adaptable and flexible to meet evolving team needs. Proactive, creative thinker with a collaborative mindset. Capable of understanding stakeholder needs and delivering accordingly. Education/qualifications: Masters in English/ Mass Communication/MBA (Marketing) Good to have: Certifications in Digital Marketing, SharePoint Administration, or HTML are a plus.
