Content Creator – Video

We’re looking for a dynamic Video Content Creator who will follow the founder and team throughout the day, capturing authentic, behind-the-scenes moments of client interactions, project site visits, design discussions, and everyday work life at Aqua StudioX.

The goal is to document daily activities, create engaging Instagram reels and stories, and post consistently to build a deeper emotional connection with our audience.

This is not a passive camera role – we want someone who can anticipate shots, ask engaging questions, and creatively package stories that reflect the spirit and vision of Aqua StudioX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film day-to-day activities (meetings, client visits, office & site work)
• Capture natural, candid moments and highlight interesting stories
• Create short-form content (Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Edit footage with compelling music, fast cuts, voiceovers, and titles
• Post content regularly on Instagram and maintain an upload calendar
• Suggest creative video ideas and trends to experiment with
• Organize content library and maintain backups

Skills Required:

• Strong eye for visual storytelling and composition
• Understanding of Instagram algorithm, reels trends, and content pacing
• Self-driven: able to plan, shoot, and edit independently
• Good interpersonal skills: comfortable interacting with team and clients while filming
• Knowledge of framing, natural lighting, and motion
• Understanding of brand aesthetics – luxury, premium, and bold

Tools & Equipment Required:

Candidate must preferably own or be proficient with the following:

• Camera: DSLR / Mirrorless camera (Sony Alpha series, Canon R series, or similar) or a high-end smartphone with cinematic video capabilities
• Gimbal or stabilizer for smooth shots
• Lavalier mic or directional mic for clear audio capture
• Laptop with video editing software installed
• Tripod or flexible mounts for office and site shoots

Editing Skills Expected:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to edit videos for Instagram Reels, including:
• Dynamic transitions
• Text overlays & subtitles
• Sound sync and trend integration
• Color correction and cinematic LUTs
• Optional: Experience with motion graphics / After Effects is a plus

Additional Info:

• Location: Based in Hyderabad, must be willing to travel for shoots if required
• Timings: Flexible, but must be available during core working hours and major meetings

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
