Content Creator & Social Media Executive

Company: Future Concepts – Leading Plumbing & Sanitaryware Company

Location: Killy, Kattakada (Site visits around Trivandrum)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20000/month (based on skills & experience)

* Role Objective:

To create high-impact, engaging visual content (videos, reels, posters) from construction plumbing sites and manage our social media platforms to build our brand awareness and customer engagement.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Content Creation:

Visit construction sites weekly to shoot videos and photos of plumbing work in progress.

Interview clients or site engineers (if needed) for testimonials or case study videos.

Shoot before/after content of installations, techniques, and plumbing processes.

* Editing & Design:

Edit reels, project videos, and customer testimonials using tools like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or Canva.

Create posters, flyers, and banners for product or service promotions.

* Social Media Management:

Post consistently on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Write creative captions and hashtags that attract plumbing contractors, engineers, and builders.

Monitor engagement (likes, shares, comments) and suggest boost-worthy content.

* Branding & Promotion:

Plan and post content that goes viral within the local construction and builder community.

Coordinate with sales/marketing to promote new services, events, or offers.

* Required Skills:

Good smartphone video shooting & editing skills.

Basic graphic design (Canva or Photoshop).

Fluent in Malayalam and basic English.

Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube posting and ad boosting.

Understanding of how to make site-based content appealing to builders, architects, and clients.

* Preferred Experience:

Experience working with construction companies or real estate content is a plus.

Photography or short film background is an advantage.

* Work Days:

Monday to Saturday (with flexible site visit timings)
