Position: Content Creator
Location: Sonepat, NCR of Delhi.
CTC: 5 to 7 Lakhs per annum

We are seeking a highly creativeand dynamic Content Creator to jointhe Learner Experience Department atRishihood University. This role is central to how learners perceive, engagewith, and communicate the RU experience. The ideal candidate is a storytellerat heart, tech-savvy, and comfortable with video editing, photography, writing,and managing digital platforms.
Youll play a key role in buildingthe brand of "Life@Risihihood" by curating moments, experiences, and stories of our vibrant student communityacross various formats.

Roles andResponsibilities:

Video Production& Editing
\u25CF Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality shortvideos, reels, vlogs, testimonials, campus stories, and event recaps.
\u25CF Work on both scripted and candid contentin a fast-paced academic environment.
\u25CF Ensure videos align with RU tone,branding, and purpose.


Social Media Management
\u25CF Strategically manage and grow theofficial @LifeAtRishihood (orequivalent) social media handle.
\u25CF Curate and schedule daily posts, stories,and engagement campaigns.
\u25CF Monitor trends, insights, and analyticsto improve reach and impact.
Photography & Visual Content
\u25CF Capture photo content during learneractivities, events, and daily campus life.
\u25CF Edit and organize content in a shareableformat for multiple platforms.
Content Strategy & Planning
\u25CF Collaborate with the Learner Experienceteam to create monthly content calendars.
\u25CF Pitch creative campaigns to increasestudent engagement and showcase student life.
Student Collaborations & Campaigns
\u25CF Involve student creators and ambassadorsin content production.
\u25CF Co-create content like \u201cA Day in theLife,\u201d student takeovers, challenges, etc.
On-Ground Event Coverage
\u25CF Be present for key learner events andorientation activities to generate real-time content.
\u25CF Support team with pre-event teasers andpost-event highlight reels.

Qualification & Responsibilities:
\u25CF Bachelordegree in Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
\u25CF 1\u20133years of experience in content creation, preferably in an educational oryouth-focused setup.
\u25CF Proficiencyin video editing software (AdobePremiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
\u25CF Workingknowledge of Canva, Photoshop, orIllustrator .
\u25CF Excellentunderstanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn for engagement-focusedcontent.
\u25CF Strongcommand of English (written and verbal); Hindi proficiency is a plus.
\u25CF Abilityto think creatively, work under tight deadlines, and multitask.
\u25CF Willingnessto work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, during key learnerevents.
