As a Nursing & Clinical Ancillary Solution Consultant, your primary role will involve configuring, testing, and supporting nursing and ancillary modules to ensure the smooth functioning of eMAR, OB, ED, CBORD nutrition, and Clairvia scheduling workflows. You will play a crucial part in optimizing clinical workflows and providing essential support during go-live and post-go-live phases. Your core responsibilities will include configuring various aspects of nursing documentation such as eMAR profiles, PowerPlans, OB birth events, ED triage rules, and Periop flows. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing ancillary module parameters like CBORD diet orders, Materials Management catalogs, and Clairvia staffing rules. Your expertise will be utilized in unit, integration, and UAT testing, documenting results, and coordinating defect resolution with offshore teams. You will be actively involved in providing tier-2 support during go-live and post-go-live phases, focusing on ensuring rapid incident resolution for nursing and ancillary modules. Data migrations for historical nursing records, diet histories, and staffing rosters will also be a part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles related to nursing and ancillary configurations will be essential. In terms of technical skills, you should possess in-depth configuration experience with Cerner eMAR, PowerForms, OB, ED, CBORD, and Clairvia. Proficiency in Discern CCL, DA2, domain management, and mPages development for nursing/ancillary will be crucial for success in this role. With 4 to 6 years of experience in Cerner nursing/ancillary implementation or support, especially in OB, ED, CBORD nutrition, and Clairvia scheduling, you are expected to have a demonstrated ability to optimize clinical workflows in high-customization environments. Your soft skills will also play a significant role in this position, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication with clinical and technical stakeholders, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset. Training nursing super-users and ancillary staff on system workflows, custom constructs, and best practices will also be a part of your responsibilities.
