The ideal candidate will have 24 years of hands-on experience in managing construction activities, ensuring work quality, maintaining safety protocols, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the execution of residential construction activities at the site. Ensure all construction work is carried out as per project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow and resolve issues promptly. Monitor material usage and inventory; ensure timely availability of materials on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety regulations and standards. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, labor attendance, and resource usage logs. Communicate effectively with project managers and escalate any delays or issues. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Required Qualifications and Skills: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 2 to 4 years of supervisory experience in residential construction projects. Strong understanding of construction drawings, layouts, and structural work. Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety protocols. Ability to manage labor teams and handle on-site challenges effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
