The Account Manager/Sr. Account Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing accounts across defined sales territories. They leverage consultative selling approaches to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, facilitate communication on customers business problems, and meet/exceed sales quotas. They also use a consultative approach to educate customers and assist in sales process improvements. Responsibilities: Acquires and builds relationships with clients across defined sales territories, and meets/exceeds assigned sales quotas Leverages consultative selling approaches to identify business challenges and create solutions for prospects and customers Works with OEM sales personnel to extend reach and drive products and solutions Delivers effective sales demonstration and presentations, covering the Connectivity IT Solutions portfolio effectively Supports in creating clear goals and complete accurate forecasting through developing a detailed territory plans Facilitates complex accounts and transaction reporting to the account managers and leadership team Maintains continuity and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target markets Meets sales objectives and supports in development of go to market strategy for partnership Utilizes a consultative selling approach and provide timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunities Leverages specialized sales knowledge in breadth and depth to a variety of issues/projects within the team Works in a project-oriented manner contributing towards team-level goals Works closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or a master’s degree in sales, business administration or equivalent Bachelor’s or a master's degree in engineering or equivalent Experience: Valid experience in account management, sales, sales operations or equivalent

Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.). Manage and administer VMware vSphere/ESXi environments. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates. Configure and maintain networking services , storage, and security policies. Implement and manage virtual machines (VMs), templates, and snapshots in VMware. Perform system automation and scripting using Bash, Python, or Ansible . Maintain user access controls, security hardening, and compliance standards. Work on backup and disaster recovery strategies. Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and security teams to ensure smooth operations. Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator . Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter administration. Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and command-line administration. Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, Python, or Ansible) for automation. Knowledge of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, LVM, NFS) . Experience with networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls). Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix or Prometheus . Experience with security hardening and compliance standards. Ability to troubleshoot performance and availability issues in both Linux and VMware environments. Preferred Qualifications:( Not Mandate) Certifications: RHCSA/RHCE, VCP-DCV (VMware Certified Professional) are a plus. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) . Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
