Job Summary: We are seeking experienced recruiters with proven success in talent acquisition, particularly in technical domains. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Energy or Engineering clients, with a strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and other technical functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates within timelines. Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking to identify top talent. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process. Stay informed about trends in the engineering and energy sectors to better support client needs. Qualifications: 23 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or RPO setting. Proven experience supporting clients in the Energy or Engineering sectors. Familiarity with roles such as Manufacturing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, etc. Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and client expectations simultaneously. Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools. Preferred Skills: Understanding of technical terminology and engineering role requirements. Prior experience working with high-volume or project-based recruitment.
