ADHERENCE OF SOP GUIDELINES AND IMPLEMENTATION.
AFTER RAISING SRV CNS, TAKE PRINTOUT & SEND TO DEALER THE SAME DAY.
ATTEND TO CUSTOMER QUERIES AND HANDLE KNP ISSUES.
COORDINATION WITH COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE, TRANSPORTER AND DISPATCHED PERSON.
ENSURE THAT DAILY FILING IS DONE BY CONCERNED FOR ALL THE DOCUMENTS.
ENSURE THAT WORKSTATION IS KEPT CLEAN .
MAINTAIN SAP DOWN REGISTER
MONITORING AND RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIVITIES RELATED TO BILLING WORK .
MORE THAN 6 MONTH OLD BILLED MATERIAL, APPROVAL TO BE TAKEN FROM GM SALES(THRU ASM)
PENDING ORDERS REPORT TO ASM & SALES TEAM
PREPARATION OF ALL KIND OF GST INVOICE ON SAP
RECONCILIATION OF PHYSICAL INDUSTRIAL STOCK WITH SAP SYSTEM AND BOOK RECORDS
REGULAR CHECKING OF PENDING GIT AND CUSTOMER ORDERS.
RE-VALIDATION STICKER PRINTS AND COORDINATING WITH TSO AND QC.
SHIPMENT AND COST TRANSFER TIMELY UPDATED IN SYSTEM
SHORT/EXCESS , DAMAGED CORRECTLY ACCOUNTED IN SAP AFTER TAKING APPROVAL BY DCM
SRV ORDER RELEASE WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS
SRVS DUE TO DAMAGES - TAKE MAIL APPROVAL FROM DCM & TRANSFER TO B&C THRU MIGO
STOCK RECEIPT GRN IN SAP SAME DAY OF UNLOADING MATERIAL IN WAREHOUSE.
TIMELY ORDER PROCESSING OF RETURN GOODS, SEND THE ORDER NUMBER FOR RELEASE TO DCM
TIME PRINTOUT TAKEN OF TRUCK LOADING/UNLOADING REPORT & HANDED OVER TO WAREHOUSE
TO ENSURE ALL COMMUNICATION ARE RECORDED THROUGH MAIL.
UPDATION OF CUSTOMER WEB PORTALS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
