Job Description

Perform typesetting and layout for scientific, academic, or professional journals and books using 3B2, LaTeX, and/or InDesign.
Handle complex math equations, tables, references, and cross-references with precision.Understand and apply journal or publisher-specific style guides and templates.Perform template development and debugging for automation and XML workflows.Work collaboratively with copyeditors, proofreaders, and quality controllers.Meet deadlines while maintaining high productivity and quality standards. Proficient in any one or more of the following tools:o 3B2 (Advent Publishing Platform / APP)o LaTeX o Adobe InDesign (with XML workflow experience preferred)Familiarity with XML-based publishing workflows and automation scripts.Strong knowledge of publishing guidelines such as APA, AMA, MLA, Chicago, etc.Ability to handle large volumes of content with speed and accuracy.Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
