About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements 2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions 3. Monitor and report on compliance activities, including training initiatives and internal investigations 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization 5. Stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practices to proactively address potential compliance issues 6. Prepare reports and presentations using MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word to communicate compliance status to senior management 7.
