• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
• Own the employee compensation and benefit administration in accordance with the specific
policies, guidelines, and processes for respective countries/regions.
• Follow a structured approach to plan the benefit operations activities in line with the annual
employee benefits calendar.
• Prepare, Review/Update and thoroughly follow the SOPs including process maps and RACI,
process methodologies, metrics and timelines while working on various compensation and
benefit activities.
• Good working relationship within the team and with various stakeholders like Total Rewards,
country HR team, payroll, finance, and vendor to ensure process is working efficiently.
• Provide query support by resolving all queries raised by employees, vendors and other
stakeholders and ensures customer centric approach.
• Ensuring all deliverables are in line with the agreed business KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide process improvement ideas and suggestions which will increase efficiency and
quality, reduce waste.
• Provide support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the employee
benefit operations.
• Prepare operations dashboard for compensation and benefits programs.
