Additionally, you will prepare and conduct technical sales briefings and trainings for customers and company representatives, develop potential technical specifications, pricing considerations, and contract requirements, and prepare sales forecasts. You will also investigate new applications or product improvements with customers and address any quality complaints, working closely with the operational team to resolve them. To qualify for this position, you must have a recognized qualification in pulp/paper technologies from a reputable institute and a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling pulp trials at large volume paper/board facilities. Strong technical knowledge in the making of paper, paperboard, tissue, and specialty grades is required, with knowledge of paper and paperboard manufacturing and/or applications being an added advantage. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to facilitate technical correspondences between customers and overseas pulp mills, including product claims matters. You should also be capable of conducting technical briefings and training for customers, gathering market data, and analyzing it for management consumption. Being respected in the industry and having knowledge of Bengali and Hindi languages are advantageous, as well as being familiar with paper mills in India and Bangladesh.
