Job Title : Accounts Assistant (Data Entry & Tally) Location : Udyog Nagar Job Type : Full Time Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with various accounting tasks, primarily focused on data entry and maintaining records using Tally ERP software . The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring smooth accounting operations by accurately entering data, reconciling records, and maintaining financial documentation. Key Responsibilities: Data Entry : Enter accounting data into the system (invoices, receipts, payments, etc.). Process and maintain financial transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, and receipts. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered into accounting software. Tally Management : Record and maintain all financial entries in Tally ERP. Perform daily reconciliations of financial accounts. Prepare journal entries for various accounting processes and ensure they are recorded accurately. Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end closing entries in Tally. Reconciliation : Assist with bank reconciliation and other internal financial statements. Match data between physical records and digital entries to ensure consistency. Help identify and rectify discrepancies in accounts or financial reports. Documentation & Filing : Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records. Ensure all accounting documents are correctly stored and easily retrievable for audits or reports Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
