Job Description

Job Title: Communicative English and Personality Development Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced trainer for Communicative English and Personality Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the communication skills, confidence and overall personality of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive training sessions on Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary and Fluency Development.
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to different learning needs.
Improve students pronunciation, articulation and voice modulation
Enhance Soft skills such as public speaking, Leadership, Teamwork and interpersonal communication.
Design and execute Personality Development programs focusing on confident building, presentation skills and body language.
maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Requirements -

Bachelors/master's degree in English, communication, Psychology or a related field.
Certification in soft skills training or personality development [preferred]
Proven experience as a trainer in Communicative English and Personality Development.
Ability to engage and inspire learners.
Proficiency in using online training tools and resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day
