This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to learn and develop essential pastry skills in a professional and creative environment. Responsibilities: Assisting in the preparation of ingredients, including weighing, measuring, and organizing. Preparing basic pastry components such as doughs, fillings, creams, and sauces according to established recipes. Ensuring all ingredients are fresh, of high quality, and stored properly. Ensuring display of pastries, cakes, and desserts are done in timely manner. Job Summary: The Baker Commis is an entry-level position within the bakery, responsible for assisting the Head Baker and other senior team members in the preparation and production of a variety of breads and other baked goods. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for baking to learn fundamental techniques and contribute to the creation of our signature baked items. Responsibilities: Assisting in the accurate weighing and measuring of ingredients according to recipes. Preparing and organizing baking ingredients and supplies. Ensuring all ingredients are fresh, of high quality, and stored correctly. Requirements : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar role. Minimum 12th grade education qualification.
