Job Overview:

Bikaner Biryani is hiring passionate and hardworking Commis (Levels 1, 2, 3) for our Tandoor and Indian kitchen teams in Mumbai and Pune. This is a great opportunity for aspiring chefs to gain hands-on experience in traditional Indian cuisine under expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking Indian and Tandoori dishes as per the chef’s instructions
• Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation of food items
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the kitchen
• Organize and store food supplies properly with accurate labeling
• Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Indian/Tandoori cuisine and kitchen equipment
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Good team spirit and communication skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• High standard of personal hygiene and grooming
