Commercial Leasing Director

You are an experienced and strategic Director in Commercial Leasing responsible for leading and managing retail leasing operations. Your role involves driving revenue generation, managing the leasing lifecycle, ensuring profitability, and providing data-driven market insights. You must have a deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape, expertise in leasing strategy, negotiation skills, and team leadership abilities. Your main responsibilities include developing and implementing retail leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yield, leading end-to-end leasing processes for various types of developments, and building strong relationships with corporate tenants, brokers, and stakeholders. You will be accountable for the P&L of the commercial leasing vertical, monitoring leasing budgets, forecasting, and financial planning to meet revenue targets. As the Director, you are expected to identify and secure new leasing opportunities and anchor tenants, drive sales strategies to increase occupancy rates, and leverage market networks to close leasing deals. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and tracking market trends are essential to recommend property upgrades or repositioning for maximum returns. You will oversee leasing for large-scale commercial projects and collaborate with development and project teams for market-aligned designs. Your leadership skills are crucial in mentoring the leasing team, ensuring high performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Representing the organization at industry forums, exhibitions, and client meetings is part of your role. The key requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field, 15+ years of experience in commercial real estate with 5+ years in a leadership role, a proven track record in commercial leasing, P&L management, revenue growth, and excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in real estate is mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Gurgaon with a morning shift schedule.,
