Commercial Finance Manager

As a Commercial Finance Manager at a US Based Marketing company in Noida, your primary responsibility will be to manage the financial aspects of the region, including ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement. You should have a CA qualification along with 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial finance, P&L management, and working capital. In this role, you will be in charge of internal management reporting for the region on a monthly basis. This includes tracking volumes, profitability, savings, working capital, cash generation, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), risks and opportunities, trends, variances, reconciliations to underlying accounting records, and presenting these findings in the board pack. You will collaborate with the operational team to develop profit improvement plans for each client account and drive actions that enhance performance. Additionally, you will assist in creating annual client account plans and financial forecasts, monitoring performance against the forecast, and generating monthly reforecasts. A crucial part of your role will involve negotiating new contractual and commercial terms, as well as contract amendments and renewals. You will be required to prepare financial analysis associated with these negotiations and work closely with the internal legal team.
