Colour Flexo Printing Operator

We are seeking an experienced 8 Colour Flexographic Printing Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexo printing machines while ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate 8-colour flexographic printing presses.
• Monitor and ensure print quality, making real-time adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Manage ink levels, plates, and materials inventory for uninterrupted production.
• Work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to meet daily targets and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Skills:

• Proficient in flexographic press operation
• Strong understanding of colour calibration and ink management
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Knowledge of printing safety procedures
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience:

• 2 to 5 years of experience operating flexographic printing machines (preferably 8-colour)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
