Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 46 years of hands-on experience in COBOL programming. Strong experience with JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS. Familiarity with mainframe tools like TSO/ISPF, File-AID, Abend-AID, etc. Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall). Experience in analyzing and resolving production issues in mainframe systems. Ability to read and comprehend complex code quickly. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
