Job Title: CNC Machine Maintenance Engineer Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh No. of Positions: 2 Experience Required: 8 -10 Years Industry: Precision Manufacturing / CNC Machining / Automotive / Engineering Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Summary: We are looking for experienced and highly skilled CNC Machine Maintenance Engineers to join our maintenance team in Tirupati. The ideal candidates should have 810 years of hands-on experience in breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance of CNC machines such as Milling, Turning, and Grinding equipment . The role also involves executing Kaizen initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance machine uptime and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Perform shift-based CNC machine maintenance (Milling, Turning, Grinding VMC/HMC) Attend and resolve breakdown calls promptly to minimize downtime Carry out scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance as per plan Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions Coordinate with external service providers and spare part suppliers Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and reports Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in maintenance operations Ensure adherence to safety and 5S practices during maintenance activities Candidate Requirements: 810 years of proven experience in CNC machine maintenance Strong hands-on knowledge in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and ladder logic Exposure to CNC control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi Experience in servo motors, hydraulic power packs, pneumatic systems, and spindle alignment Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: BE / B.
