CNC Laser Operator

We require A graduate or a mechanical engineer with a 3-4 relevant experience. We require someone with strong sheet nesting skills, AutoCAD and cypcut software detail knowledge.

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE.

1.Proficiency in operating laser cutting machines, including setting parameters like power, speed, and focus. - Knowledge of CNC programming Cypcut software - Familiarity with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to interpret and modify design files.

2. *Attention to Detail:* - Ability to ensure precise and accurate cuts by closely monitoring the cutting process and making necessary adjustments. - Keen eye for detail to inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

3. *Mechanical Aptitude:* - Understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain laser cutting machines. - Skills in performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.

4. *Safety Awareness:* - Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. - Ability to handle materials and equipment safely to prevent accidents and injuries.

### Responsibilities: 1. *Machine Setup and Operation:* - Prepare and set up laser cutting machines for operation, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment. - Operate the laser cutting machine to cut, shape, or engrave materials according to design specifications.

2. *Quality Control:* - Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. - Make adjustments to the machine or cutting process to achieve desired results.

3. *Maintenance and Troubleshooting:* - Perform routine maintenance on laser cutting machines, such as cleaning lenses and replacing consumables. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with the equipment.

4. *Documentation and Reporting:* - Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job setups, machine settings, and output. - Report any issues, defects, or maintenance needs to supervisors or maintenance personnel.

5. *Safety Compliance:* - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
