JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title : Sr. Analyst / Analyst Department : E-Commerce Sub Department : Professional Services Reporting : Manager – E-Commerce Professional Services Role Summary: The candidate shall be responsible for deploying the EDI or API solutions with our key customers across the globe, including requirement analysis, creating business requirement documents, performing end to end UAT, stakeholder communication and providing post-go-live support. He/she shall be responsible for maintaining the product and deployment-specific information in the internal knowledge base.
