Job Description

Designation: Manager - Club House Sales Years of experience: 10 - 15 years into Event Sales & Banquet Sales Location: MG Road, Bengaluru Education: Graduate or diploma in Hotel Management Notice Period: Immediate to 1 Month Responsibilities: Able to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, and develop professional long-term business relationships. Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times. Initiate sales calls to acquire new business and/or close on business. Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g. CVGR , generating proposal, Corporate Rate for bulk clients, writing contract, customer correspondence). Able to support Club service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Work closely with the reporting manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the Clubs. Develop strong relationships with on property managers and the club house team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals. Meet potential clients to assist in the development of the account and to assess the effectiveness and sales. Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction from property visits. Attending all department and club meetings as necessary. Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to clubs by corporate clients. Targeting key accounts potential for the company. Builds and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc. Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities. Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients. Closely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response time line to clients. Responsible for improving online presence within Social Media channels. Attendance and representation of company during trade fairs, consumer shows and key industry events. Provide back up support to the Unit Team and Management of customer loyalty schemes. Co-ordination and maintenance of all sales literature & campaigns and as required be involved in the production of marketing materials.
