The ideal candidate should be excited to work on innovative AI-driven solutions, especially in the area of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) , LLM orchestration , and scalable serverless architectures. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python , LangChain , and LLMs Build scalable backend services and microservices using AWS serverless technologies (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions). Develop custom pipelines for document ingestion , embedding , vector databases , and RAG-based systems . Integrate third-party APIs, open-source libraries, and foundation models (FMs) for real-world problem solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementations. Optimize model performance, cost, and latency for production workloads. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML, LLM tooling, and cloud-native AI infrastructure. Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer or AI/ML Engineer. Strong programming skills in Python , including libraries like pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, etc. Experience working with LangChain , LLMs , and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone , FAISS , Weaviate , Amazon OpenSearch ). Good understanding of LLM orchestration , prompt engineering, and RAG patterns. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Bedrock, SageMaker, API Gateway. Familiarity with CI/CD , containerization ( Docker ), and DevOps principles is a plus. Exposure to frontend frameworks like React/Next.js is a bonus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. Experience in building real-world generative AI applications or prototypes. Knowledge of vector search algorithms and embeddings (e.g., OpenAI embeddings, Hugging Face Transformers). Familiarity with tools like LangGraph , LlamaIndex , or Haystack is a plus.
