Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect with expertise in Node.js, Java, and AWS to lead the design and development of cloud-native applications for our automotive products. As a technical lead, you will drive the creation of scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud solutions, mentor teams, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.

Job description Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an expert technical resource for designing and developing cloud-native applications using Node.js, Java, and AWS technologies.
Act as the go-to person for resolving complex development challenges, providing guidance on Node.js/AWS design, code standards, and code reviews.
Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support high-quality cloud solutions.
Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications to design or redesign sophisticated software components and applications.
Lead the development of microservices architectures using Node.js, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Implement AWS Well-Architected Framework to design and deploy secure, scalable, and cost-optimized solutions on AWS Cloud, leveraging services like AWS Lambda, AWS EKS, AWS API Gateway, AWS IoT Core, and AWS ELB.
Utilize messaging protocols and technologies such as MQTT, Kafka, and AWS Kinesis to build robust systems.
Design and develop database applications using SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Implement application monitoring and instrumentation using tools like ELK Stack and Prometheus-Grafana.
Drive DevOps practices, including continuous delivery pipelines, using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and Jira.
Enhance team understanding of API management platforms, design standards, patterns, and best practices.
Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met for all supported areas.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and adjust work positively to meet project demands.
Contribute to IoT/Telemetry solutions and, where applicable, Firmware Over-The-Air (FOTA) cloud development, device management, and firmware management (OMA-DM).

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience : 8-10 years of direct design and programming experience with Node.js, Java, and AWS technologies.
Proven expertise in developing microservices architectures using Node.js, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong experience with AWS-native solutions, including AWS Lambda, AWS EKS, AWS API Gateway, AWS IoT Core, and AWS ELB.
Expertise in messaging protocols like MQTT, Kafka, and AWS Kinesis.
Hands-on experience designing and developing database applications with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
Proficiency in application monitoring and instrumentation using ELK Stack and Prometheus-Grafana.
Solid experience designing deployment architectures in AWS, focusing on security, scalability, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
Prior experience with IoT/Telemetry solutions; experience in FOTA cloud development, device management, and firmware management (OMA-DM) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and Jira.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
