**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end sourcing and onboarding of real estate channel partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating our residential sales pipeline by building scalable channel strategies, strengthening partner relationships, and driving consistent performance to meet aggressive sales goals.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop and implement effective sourcing and onboarding strategies for real estate channel partners.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent performance and achievement of sales targets.

3. Monitor and manage partner performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.

4. Collaborate with the sales team to accelerate the residential sales pipeline.

5. Continuously evaluate and optimize channel strategies to ensure scalability and effectiveness.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the sourcing and onboarding process.

7. Provide regular reports on channel partner performance and sales achievements.

3) *Role:** Closing Manager(Female Preferred)

**Location:** Vikhroli

**Salary Range:** 40,000 to 60,000 per month

**Qualifications:**

1. A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in closing deals and managing client interactions.

3. Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.

4. Experience with ERP software is a plus.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Guide clients through the project details, ensuring they understand all aspects of the project they are investing in.

2. Explain project details in a clear and concise manner, ensuring all client questions are answered satisfactorily.

3. Collect initial payments from clients, ensuring all financial transactions are conducted smoothly and professionally.

4. Ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sale processes, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

5. Address any client concerns during the closing phase, providing solutions and reassurances as necessary.

6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service, ensuring the company's reputation for excellent customer service is upheld.
