Job Description

Role Summary: As a Process Executive in the Immigration Industry, your primary responsibility will be to handle and manage the various processes involved in immigration and visa applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of immigration procedures, complying with relevant laws and regulations, and providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the process. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, government agencies, and clients to facilitate the immigration process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns clients may have regarding their process.
  • Visa and Immigration Process Management: Handle end-to-end immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, residence permits, and related documentation for individuals and corporate clients.
  • Application Processing: Submit immigration applications to the appropriate government agencies, tracking their progress, and promptly addressing any issues or inquiries
  • Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, such as legal, human resources, and recruitment, to gather necessary information and ensure a seamless immigration process. Interact with foreign posts(embassy/consulate) on behalf of clients.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience and overall effectiveness of the immigration services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, immigration files, and databases, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Documentation and Compliance: Review, verify, and prepare necessary documentation for immigration applications, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹266,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
