We are looking for a skilled Online Reputation Manager to join our team and take charge of the online narrative for our international clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ORM across diverse platforms and regions, with a strong grasp of cultural nuances, digital sentiment, and crisis response. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze brand mentions across platforms like Google, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, social media, and forums. - Develop region-specific ORM strategies aligned with global brand goals. Respond tactfully and professionally to negative feedback, adhering to legal and brand guidelines. - Collaborate with SEO, content, PR, and social teams to promote positive sentiment and suppress negative results. - Generate detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations. - Stay updated on international ORM trends and tools. - Handle escalated issues with sensitivity and discretion. - Utilize tools like Brand24, Google Alerts, Mention, and Sprout Social. ✅ What We're Looking For: - 2–5 years of experience in ORM, preferably with international brands. - Strong communication and crisis-handling skills. - Cultural awareness and ability to tailor messaging region-wise. - Familiarity with digital PR and online consumer behavior trends. 📩 Interested?
