Key Responsibilities: Sales Demonstration : Proficient in delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the business benefits, which results in a winning deal. Contribute to pre-sales activities including solutioning and proposals. ERP Implementation and Configuration: Lead end-to-end Business Central implementation across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, and/or Manufacturing modules, including configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities. Business Process Analysis: Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and develop solution blueprints. User Training and Support: Conduct client workshops, gap-fit analysis, and facilitate UAT sessions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Provide functional expertise during system customization and integration. Project Delivery: Assist the Project Manager to ensure that project deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget. Continuous Improvement: Provide guidance on Business Central best practices, features, customizations, and integrations with the Power Platform. Other : Serve as a subject matter expert & mentor for junior consultants and cross-functional team members. Required Experience: 8+ years of overall ERP consulting experience, with at least 5 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV. Proven track record of leading at least 7 full-cycle Business Central implementations. Expertise in at least three core modules: Financials, Supply Chain, Jobs, or Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of data migration, reporting, and integration scenarios. Experience of working in multi-site, multi-country environments is necessary. Microsoft Certification (e.g., MB-800) is highly desirable. Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and AL development coordination is an advantage. Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the company's day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements under Indian financial regulations. This role requires a strong grasp of Indian accounting standards, and proficiency in accounting software. The Senior Accountant position will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely reporting to management. Key Responsibilities: Accounting : Manage end-to-end accounting including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Financial Statements : Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Statutory Compliance : Handle GST filings, TDS payments and returns, PF, ESI, and all statutory compliance. Payroll : Supervise payroll accounting and liaise with HR on employee compensation and compliance. Account Closing : Lead monthly and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness. Audit: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits. Bookkeeping : Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of books of accounts. Budgeting : Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Transfer Pricing : Assist with international compliance and client billing where applicable. Other : Must recommend and implement improvements to internal controls and accounting systems. Required Educational Qualification & Experience: B. Com./M. Com. (MBA in Finance or Accounting, Semi-Qualified CA preferred) Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, preferably in a software or IT services company. Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and Ind AS. Must have hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Sage or similar accounting platforms. Experience working with international clients and handling foreign remittances. Knowledge of SaaS revenue models and multi-currency accounting. Familiarity with 15CA/15CB filings and transfer pricing. Prior experience in a startup or mid-sized software firm will be an added advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Must possess great commercial acumen.
